Farmers’ markets are an excellent way to buy fresh, organic produce around the city. Avoid waiting in line in a stuffy supermarket and get outside to interact with nearby farmers, neighborhood residents and friends. Best of all, when you buy your food directly from the farmers, you’re giving back area businesses – and nature!
