Originally from Vientiane, Laos, Mairie Raxakoul was raised in San Francisco, California, and has been an agent at Citi Habitats since 2003. She works with all types of clientele; from guiding the modern renter to helping turn renters into buyers and sellers into investors, Mairie takes pride and enjoys finding happiness for her clients.
In addition to her product knowledge, over the years, Mairie has successfully built her real estate business through cultivating and nourishing relationships that will last a lifetime. Her motto is: “The best compliment is your referral.” The only way Mairie gets full trust from her clients is through outstanding customer service and by achieving what the client originally wanted. Some of the true rewards Mairie has found in this career are the referrals and positive testimonials from her clients.
Due to her original goal of becoming an orthodontist, Mairie was and is still holding a registered dental assistant license. This experience helped her learn how to run her own business and just like in real estate, she saw clients at every stage of their lives. Furthermore, she dealt with treatment and payment plans, insurance documents, customer relations, time efficiency, etc. While these documents and tools are different from real estate, she understands how to read complex documents and knows how to decipher difficult terminology when she sees it. Most importantly, Mairie knows how to make her clients feel comfortable.
To give back to the community, Mairie does a lot of community events and is part of the Carma Foundation, with Melky Jean. She is also involved with Punch Fitness to “Punch out Poverty.” This organization helps to build and educate countries on farming techniques. In addition, she has many celebrity friends in the entertainment industry as well as many professional athletes and actors.
New York has a unique real estate market in that it creates stress unlike any other market—Mairie successfully eliminates stress in every situation. She became a real estate professional because she loves helping people and loves having fun doing it.
